The Role

We're looking for an experienced backend engineer to build and scale the features that will drive our new iOS app, leveraging AI to provide personalized user experiences.

Given the amount of back-and-forth in these early days, our team works in person in Bellevue, WA.

Requirements

• 6+ years of backend software engineering experience
• Work in person in Bellevue, WA

Initial Screen - 15 min with Talent

• We answer questions about Gordian

Hiring Manager Screen - 25 min with Hiring Manager

• Similar to the Initial Screen, but more in-depth and with your potential manager

Technical/Case Study - 60 min with Subject Matter Expert

• A prompt was given for a system design/whiteboarding with an SME.

Final Interview - 45min with CEO and Talent

• 30 minutes for our questions, ranging from Tell me about a time, to What do you want to do next.
• 15 minutes for your questions, anything you want to know

We check a reference and make a hiring decision.
