Community Growth Intern

Role Description:

Own Frontpage’s next wave of community expansion. You’ll attract high-intent traders and investors through creative acquisition plays and audience-sharing partnerships—then work with the Community team to turn those newcomers into daily users.

Frontpage’s product-led growth has made us one of India’s largest Finance communities. To reach the next stage we must:

1. Acquire users beyond in-app channels (forums, groups, offline meet-ups).
2. Port existing audiences from finance influencers, educators, and niche brands.

Your responsibilities

• External Acquisition: Identify high-value channels (Telegram, Discord, YouTube, events) and run focused pull campaigns— (Let your imagination run here)
• Partnerships: Approach influencers, educators & fintech brands; craft win-win collaborations (joint AMAs, Focus-club takeovers, content swaps) and manage them end-to-end.
• Growth Ops & Iteration: Monitor funnel daily, spot leaks, run quick experiments, and share insights with Product & Community.

Desired Experience & Traits

• Demonstrated success and passion in business development, acquiring user bases, or partnership network (years of experience secondary to impact).
• Strong communicator & relationship builder—comfortable turning first conversations into long-term collaborations.
• Data-aware: confident using basic funnel dashboards to guide decisions.
• Creative self-starter who enjoys testing ideas quickly and refining them with feedback.
• Bonus: background in trading, investing, or moderating a finance community.
