What you’ll do
We're hiring interns to help build and deploy frontier AI Agents to automate customer support work for leading software companies (like Perplexity, Framer, Replit, and HeyGen). Some tasks include:
- Analyzing software companies' existing support procedures and converting them into AI Agent procedures
- Building custom AI Agents for software companies using our existing Agent building blocks
- Rigorously testing custom AI Agents on real support tickets
- Performing QA of AI-handled support tickets
What we’re looking for
- Previous founding or startup experience
- Willing to work 6 days per week (5 days in-office)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong software engineering skills (preferably also applied AI experience)
About Parahelp
At Parahelp, we build and deploy frontier AI Agents to automate customer support work for leading software companies (like Perplexity, Framer, Replit, and HeyGen). Our Agents integrate deeply with companies' infrastructure (including tools like Zendesk, Slack, Stripe, Retool, and Linear) to perform work end-to-end.
We're building Parahelp because we believe context—not intelligence—will be the bottleneck for the future of AI coworkers.
Focus right now: Building AI coworkers that can fully perform the work of a human support agent at a software company.
